Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not offered once work has commenced, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Our services involve time, resources, and planning; hence, we follow a strict refund policy to protect both parties.

 

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment is accidentally made more than once for the same service.

  • Project Non-Initiation: If no work has been started on your project and a written cancellation request is received within 5 days of payment.

  • Service Unavailability: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen internal circumstances (not client-related).

 

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already begun, or resources have been allocated.

  • Delays caused by client’s failure to provide required inputs or approvals.

  • SEO or marketing services where performance depends on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.).

  • Domain registration, hosting services, or third-party purchases.

  • Completed portions of partially completed projects.

 

4. Cancellation by Praxis Web Solutions

We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time due to:

  • Violation of our terms and policies by the client.

  • Abusive or inappropriate communication.

  • Unlawful project requirements.

In such cases, a partial refund may be issued for any unused portion of the service, at our sole discretion.

 

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to contact@darkslategray-hawk-620048.hostingersite.com with your payment proof, and reason for the refund.

  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

  • Eligible refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

 

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us for resolution first will be considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with appropriate documentation.
